E-commerce Digital Marketing Specialist

We are a fast paced premium sporting goods & lifestyle e-commerce brand operating since 2015 based in Auckland. We are a small team but have a growing loyal global customer base who love our brand & product. We are a 50/50 split B2B (wholesale) / B2C and have exciting collaborations with some of the biggest sporting clubs, luxury retailers and celebrities in the world. We love what we do and are looking to bring on a Digital Marketing specialist in-house to replace our agency to help guide the business to the next level.
Role Summary
We’re looking for a digital marketing specialist with an excellent understanding of paid marketing, content management and ecommerce. You’ll thrive on collaboration, embrace feedback, enjoy learning and be able to work independently as needed in a fast-paced but fun, engaging start-up environment. Digital marketing is your passion.
Your day to day will be spread across paid ad management, digital projects and maintenance of our websites and marketplaces.
You will have:
- 3+ years of paid digital marketing experience (Meta, Google, Pinterest, TikTok etc)
- Experience in e-commerce SEO
- Ability to analyse and optimise campaigns towards positive ROAS, margin and performance objectives, monitor campaign delivery and primary KPI’s (inc. CPC/CTR and bid management etc.)
- Responsible for all basic tactical execution and campaign audits
- Tracking, analytics, reporting - you’ve done it all and have a good working knowledge of most ad platform backends
- Some experience working with eCommerce platforms (e.g. Shopify)
- Some experience working with and publishing content in a CMS
- Ability to coordinate and communicate on digital projects as required
- A broad digital skillset
- Well-organised and detail oriented - always pursuing improved performance
Nice to have:
- Amazon PPC experience or a willingness to learn
- Previous experience working in an agency environment
- More than anything you will have the right attitude, an eagerness to learn and a real interest in eCommerce and digital marketing.
- Email marketing experience a bonus
- An interest in sports & lifestyle
Workplace:
The place of work is a modern office / industrial warehouse in Mt Wellington, Auckland (pet friendly). Flexible work hours (20-25 hours p/w). Remote work can be negotiated.

Graphic Design Specialist

We love what we do and are looking to bring on a freelance Graphic Design specialist to help guide the business to the next level.
Role Summary
Graphic design
- Design and improve visual content for all brand touchpoints such as social media, ads, website, email marketing, amazon and brand assets
- Design product brochures + packaging
- Create product tech packs and drawings of new product concepts
- Implementing a new brand visual DNA across brand touchpoints.
- High-quality graphic design assets to advertise seasonal promos
- Lead visual launch of new products and product improvements
- Translate strategic direction into the high-quality design within an established brand identity
- Develop and execute visual ideas for improving brand touch points, advertising campaigns and new product launches
- Management of high-quality product and lifestyle photoshoots and video shoots for use across all brand touch-points
- Consistent drip-feed of video content from external (or internal) creators to be tested at ad level and used on socials
- Reinventing the existing content we have through graphic design and basic video editing
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or similar qualification or 3 years experience in the field
- In-depth knowledge and experience in adobe - InDesign, illustrator or photoshop
- Bold and innovative thinking and creative flare
- Extensive knowledge of principles and practices of graphic design
- Organisational skills and ability to manage a varied workload
- An eagerness to take on new challenges, use initiative and suggest improvements
- Strong skill set in creating assets for social media and digital marketing
